Not sure what a fast is? Not sure what to do with and in a fast?

One fantastic story I heard was of a teenager who gave their Mum their Facebook password because they were fasting from all forms of Social Media and needed the extra level of accountability. What a strong decision!

My wife Megan is expecting our second child, she has to be careful what to fast and even with the choices she is making it is a challenge.
